F . A .Question

An export duty of 20% on Rice in Husk (Paddy or Rough), Husked (Brown Rice) and Semi-milled or Wholly milled Rice whether or not polished or glazed other than par-boiled rice and basmati rice has been imposed by the Government.

Whereas, the tax imposed on the export of goods is known as the export duty. The government charges these taxes during the export or import of goods and services to raise money and/or to shield the domestic establishments from the competitors from other countries.

To calculate the estimated duty fee for a shipment where the fee is charged as a flat rate per kilogram, you just need to multiply the total weight of your goods in kilograms by the flat rate duty fee per kilogram to get your total.
